Why To Qualify Real Estate?
You’re a Realtor? WOW, your life is so easy and you make tons of money for ONLY working very minimal hours and putting in even less effort! This is a MAJOR misconception when it comes to our industry and it couldn’t be further from the truth.
Now, are there lazy agents in the business that should find another career….YES! But that is the case in any industry. It’s even more concerning that when a consumer does in fact find a Realtor they choose to work with, that Realtor tends to do less than a mediocre job. Most consumers have such a bad taste in their mouth from poor examples that when they DO find an agent to hire that agent did nothing to earn that business other than answering their phone, which impressed the client enough to hire them. The sad truth is that a consumer would NEVER hire that person in any other industry but they make their decision based on a very low standard and are overwhelmed with joy simply due to that agent actually answering their call. You wouldn’t hire an employee that found it acceptable to work three hours a day, never called you back and constantly came in late, would you? Then why do you deserve a substandard agent when buying or selling the largest investment you will most likely be involved with in your entire life?
What if you found an agent that was EXQUISITE!? Somebody that stands out in a crowd, a person that is on time, knowledgeable and hard working even on the weekends? You might just have a heart attach from the sheer joy and disbelief of what you are experiencing. That is our focus at Jackson Stanley Realtors here in the Upstate of South Carolina. We concentrate on tools, strategy and professionalism all while offering excellent customer service to our clientele. FACT: A productive Realtor works 45-70 hours weekly; do a little research before hiring just anybody and qualify him or her by asking questions you are concerned about regarding your purchase or sale.
