Since 9:00 this morning I have been scouring listings, looking for the perfect home for a client. As a buyers agent, I come to the MLS, put in my criteria, and do a search. I then go over each MLS very carefully, because I know exactly what my client wants, I have found MANY realtors are doing an injustice to their clients!!! As a realtor, we are being hired for many services....to complete paperwork, to enter their home correctly and in a timely manner into the MLS. But also, my fellow friends and realtors, it is to market!!! To market, we must put in beautiful pictures!!! Take a moment and go through your listings and review your pictures ....Are they free of "clutter"? Are the animals, children, adults out of the picture? Is the laundry put away? Are there too many pictures on the walls or the refrigerator? Realtors, DON'T
just put two pictures on MLS, give me a lot of all rooms, not just one front of the house....that makes me think something is wrong with house, "I ain't got time for dat!" I will move to next house. Sellers, please declutter your home!!! Put everything you can in storage, take those pictures off those walls, pack it up, keep that house clean. I want to sell your house!! But, realtors, take pride in your job, and give me pictures that make me want to show your house. Sellers, REVIEW
your pictures before your realtor puts them on the MLS. If you don't like, ask them to retake. Pictures can make or break a showing!!!! And always remember, I'm in the Anderson
area , and "Need a home, plain or fancy, Give me a call, Cause my Name's Nancy!"
