DON’T LOOK WHERE YOU DON’T WANT TO GO Are you familiar with the idea that we tend to attract more of what we focus on? Here’s a great story that perfectly illustrates this concept.
Making a path in Real Estate
When we created the concept of Jackson Stanley Realtors and designed our business plan OUTSIDE the box there was a lot of talk surrounding our style. We heard things such as “you’re to aggressive with your vision”, “this style doesn’t work down here”, and my personal favorite “there’s no way you will be successful creating a company where you’re not part of the good old boys club.” It’s hard NOT to be discouraged when you hear these types of things from fairly credible sources.
I have always been told that one of my best and worst traits is that I tend not to listen to people opinions and I always create my own path. We are searching for people willing to share our vision, incorporate our style and become high performers. In our short time we have found some very influential people from our leaders, agents, vendors and clients. In just one full year we were overwhelmed and honored to hear based on our production through GGAR we earned the spot of #62 of 320 companies and through WUAR we landed #37 of 174. We are so very proud of our Team here at Jackson Stanley Realtors and we are EXSTATIC for 2013!
