Enhancing the landscape around your home could add thousands of dollars to the value. In fact, it’s one of the most cost effective changes you can make to get a quick return on your investment. As the years go on and the interior of your home experiences wear and tear; the outside matures into dollar signs!!

The number one thing potential buyers are looking for in landscape is creative design. Next, is maturity and size of the plants. Landscaping your yard will also: lower the noise level, block unpleasant views, reduce crime, lower heating and cooling bills and it adds character to your yard.

If you're selling soon and need some quick fixes then consider doing the following:

*  Mulch your flower beds

*  Edge flower beds with sharp, clear lines

*  Add some splashes of color
