Helping Our SC Neighbors

Two weeks ago, a friend of mine in Easley SC came to me to help them sell their home and avoid foreclosure.  They got behind on their home while unemployed for an extended period.  Today, they are working again and able to make their house payments, but unable to catch up the $10,000 in past due payments and fees and charges.  The bank cannot approve a repayment plan because the owner doesn’t make enough to pay extra each month.  They were denied a modification over paperwork timing.

I signed the listing, but asked them to check out before we went to market.  Today, instead of selling, they are awaiting final approval for a one-time payment to catch up their past due balance, with a backup plan in place to avoid foreclosure if this approval doesn’t come through quickly enough.  If you’re in trouble on your mortgage, we are here to help.  Don’t sit and stress alone – there are programs for you, and you DO NOT have to worry about us putting our pocketbooks above your needs.  Let us help!
