Dare to change everything!

We all tend to get in a rut from time to time…so here’s a thought that may change your daily monotony.  Change it up…what does that mean?  Well,  human nature is to avoid change and in doing so we become accustom to a certain course of action daily, right?  So…change it up!

Dare to change everything!  Have an orange juice instead of your morning coffee, take a different route to work,  plan to go for a walk in the evening.  These may seem like subtle changes but they work!  They work because it makes your brain experience something new and as we experience something new we feel a sense of accomplishment.

Changing is growing and growing is an experience we can all benefit from.  As we age we avoid change like the plague because we tell ourselves we have found “the way.”  Winston Churchill said it best “to improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.”  So change it up and strive for making a difference; no matter the outcome keep pushing the envelope!
