DO NOT answer that buyers phone call
Don’t answer the phone calls today that come straight to you from buyers that are actively looking to buy a home. Let another agent answer that call and connect with that buyer. Let another agent find that buyer houses to look at. Let some other agent meet and show them homes. Go ahead, let that other agent write the contract and take that buyer to closing. Do all of this and let some other agent deposit that commission check from that closing in to THEIR OWN checking account and NOT YOUR checking account! Instead of taking that phone call, spend time wondering why your real estate business is not growing. Go ahead! Don’t take that phone call!
