Are you a SC law enforcement officer, a correctional officer, a teacher, a firefighter, a nurse, a veteran, or EMS personnel? Would you like help buying a home? South Carolina State Housing Authority has a program for you. They know that buying a home on a modest salary can be challenging. They recognize that you have a very noble profession and are willing to help you. It is called Palmetto Heroes and it provides low interest home loans to members of these professions who qualify. Eligible Hero home buyers can possibly get a fixed interest rate of 3.75% as well as $5000 assistance for a down payment. This assistance can be forgiven over time in some cases, depending on your income.  Contact me at [email protected]  for more information.
