Rent or Buy?

That is always the questions?
Currently in the Greenville area since the town is growing so much(and rental prices are going up!) definitely Buying will be your best option.
If you are in the area just for a short period of time rent might seem better then buying. However you can always sell that property or have rented as an investment property!
But remember that you always want to buy what you can actually afford...so the amount you are pre approved for doent mean is the amount you can afford on the daily basis...
So put the numbers together call your REALTOR and find a sweet home:).
