The spring houing market is looking better than it has in several years. We have come a long way over the last 12 months. Here is how the market stacked up for February in the Western Upstate of South Carolina:

  • New Listings - increased by 9.4% to 638
  • Pending Sales decreased 30.6% to 172
  • Inventory levels decreased 2.5% to 3,668 units
  • Median Sales Price decreased 6.2% $117,200
  • Days on the Market decreased 26.6% to 123 days

Some would advise not to read the news in the first place. Our economy continues to grow but at a snail's pace. The price range with the largest gain is $100,001 to $150,000 with an increase of 7.8%. The price range that sells the quickest was the $100,000 and below.

Now is a really good time to buy and sell. Contact me.
