My recent listing in Covey Hill went under contract in just 3 days, and I now have a CASH backup offer in place.  The Greenville, SC real estate market is heating up.  With inventory down 12% over this time last year and Q1 sales up 11% over the first quarter last year, numbers are coming together to create a positive atmosphere for sellers.  I'm hearing of buyers writing offers of up to $20,000 OVER list price and losing the house to a better offer.  If you've been thinking of selling, NOW IS THE TIME to get into the market.  Your price still needs to be realistic to bring out the buyers, but they are just waiting to scoop up your home!  Call me today to get the marketing started!
