There are many attractions to see and do in the Upstate of South Carolina.  We are a one hour drive to the Blue Ridge Mountains and a five hour drive to the beautiful Beaces of South Carolina.  We are blessed to have several Lakes for Boating and Camping.  There are several State Parks with walking trails to enjoy.  The streams are filled with Rainbow and Brown Trout.  Pickens County has a low tax rate for home owners compaired to other places.  In the Upstate of South Carolina there are large Universities, small colleges, and Tech. Schools for your education needs.  We are located near I-85.
