How the Internet Has Changed Real Estate

Before the internet Realtors® would receive multiple calls a day on properties they had for sale which would allow us to begin to cultivate relationships with the customers, it would also allow us to get the criteria from those customers to send them listings that match their specifications.  Not to mention we could prepare the customer for the buying/selling process and answer their questions.

Today, almost any home you see while driving around you can find through your smart phone or when you get home by checking your computer.  Even though it is great to have that access, there is really nothing like talking to a person.  One of the biggest problems today is lack of personal contact and customer service.

Realtors® are truly here to help you and as none of us would want to give up the access the wonderful internet has brought to us through it’s innovation; don’t allow it to take the place of what an experienced person in this profession can bring to you during such an important process in your life.

At Jackson Stanley, REALTORS we bring unlimited technology without loosing the personal touch with our customers/clients by customizing a plan for you whether you are planning to buy or sell a home.  Call us today for a great experience in your buying/selling process.
