3- Master bath: as I said above a nice master bedroom and bath is what really helps sell a home! And a bath with a nice bathtub and a clean look will sure make buyers impressed!
4-Landscaping: Buyers sure have a first impression of a house once they see that front make sure yours is looking nice and clean!
