Eclipse Viewing Parties In Spartanburg SC

The city of Spartanburg is on edge of the path that will witness a full solar eclipse on Aug. 21.

A number of eclipse-watching events are being held that day:

1) The Spartanburg County Historical Association and Spartanburg Science Center are teaming up to hold an event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3100 Walnut Grove Road in Roebuck. Tickets are $10 for a family of four with additional tickets available for $2. Spaces can be reserved by calling the Science Center at 864-583-2777 or emailing science@SpartanburgScienceCenter.org.
