Do BUYERS convert you?


Let’s look at a practical way for you to convert your buyer into a closing instead of your buyer converting you into deep depression.

It’s required as a Jackson Stanley, REALTOR that you know your market! Be knowledgeable about new listings. Be an expert realtor; study the listing prices and the actual sold prices in your market.  Know the difference! Never go meet a client at a specific property without being prepared with that specific property information. I had a client tell me yesterday that his problem with most realtors is that they are lazy! He said, “Don’t tell me what I can already read on the Internet.” Instead, give buyers specific details that would move them in coming to a decision, ANY decision. Most of the times we as the REALTOR are the reason why our buyers want offer to buy. It’s not always their fault. Take a deep look at your knowledge tree. Do you have any leaves hanging on your tree or is it a dead lifeless tree?
