Asking for HELP today

Why do we as individuals have a tough time asking for help?  As we grow in our career and life we tend to think we have experienced it all and there’s not too much more we can learn.  Funny story; that couldn’t be further form the truth.

Growth happens when knowledge is received and steps forward are made.  It’s a pretty common understanding but at times we all struggle with asking for help.  I was reminded of this recently when a Realtor asked me a question we have reviewed numerous times.  I think we as people never want to feel discouraged that we didn’t know something so easily understood by surrounding colleagues so we avoid our own success by not getting clarification.

A true leader and friend will constantly build you up and help you focus on a path BUT always know you must be receptive to their help.  By the time we have swallowed our pride and finally asked for that help we tend to realize all along it was only the fault of our own with the lack of success in our lives.  Encouragement and inspiring people are all around you and human nature is to want to help our fellow man.  Some times it’s as easy as opening our eyes to a clearer picture and reaching for that helping hand.  The mistake we tend to make it that it will be easy; in most cases it’s painful but know the reward is an overwhelming satisfaction.  Once those bad habits are broken with hard work and help, NEW are formed and success is inevitable.
